Recently, we had the joy of shooting a truly special pre-wedding film in none other than Mumbai, the city of dreams, for a wonderful couple — Vibhor & Aakriti, two stockbrokers who found more than profits and losses in life — they found love.
A 3-Day Shoot, A Lifetime of Memories
This wasn’t just another project. The entire Fuzzy Reels crew traveled from Ghaziabad to Mumbai for this 3-day shoot, and every moment was worth it. From planning logistics to finding the perfect light and angle in the bustling city, it was a blend of cinematic vision and raw emotion. And we loved every second of it.
We explored the vibrant corners of Mumbai — from the peaceful hills of Matheran, the coastal charm of Alibaug, the romantic nights at Marine Drive, to the flavorful energy of Khao Gali. Every location was chosen not just for its beauty, but because it resonated with the couple’s story. Watch the full video.
The Love Story: Vibhor & Aakriti
Two driven individuals, both stockbrokers, first crossed paths at a quaint café in Andheri East. Over coffee and casual conversation, sparks flew quietly but unmistakably. Our shoot recreated that first meet with soft lighting, ambient chatter, and a focus on the quiet comfort of getting to know someone new.
Their story unfolded through simple yet meaningful moments — a meal shared at Khao Gali, laughing over street food, capturing how love often lives in the little things. Their chemistry was effortless, and our cameras simply followed their natural rhythm.
From there, their love grew deeper through late-night walks and long drives on Marine Drive, seminars that turned into excuses to meet, and eyes that found each other in a room full of people. We portrayed these memories with soft backdrops, warm tones, and intimate framing — a love story just as it happened.
When Romance Meets Realness
What made this shoot truly special was the realness of their bond. Whether it was sharing a coconut under the rain, walking hand-in-hand on the beach, or recreating a playful pillow fight, Vibhor & Aakriti showed that love isn’t always dramatic — sometimes it’s quiet, goofy, and deeply honest.
One of our favorite sequences? Visiting the train station from “Jab We Met”, soaking in the nostalgia and romance from one of Bollywood’s most iconic love stories. We also filmed in the lush greenery of Matheran’s hills and Alibaug’s calm shores, capturing their love against nature’s most serene backdrops.
And just like any real couple, there were moments of playful fights, followed by sincere apologies — scenes we captured candidly, with all the rawness and emotion they deserved. Because fighting and forgiving is what makes a bond stronger, and we wanted the film to reflect that authenticity.
