FuzzyReels Media Productions - Comprehensive Client Policies
At FuzzyReels Media Productions, we prioritize transparency, client satisfaction, and a seamless experience. To ensure clarity and understanding, please familiarize yourself with our comprehensive client policies:
1. **Editing and Delivery:**
Selections provided by you will undergo professional editing and color correction. The approximate delivery time for the complete set is 1 – 16 Weeks from the Event date Depending on the type of shoot.
2. **Payment Criteria:**
To secure our services, a 40% booking fee is required. The remaining 50% is due before the wedding day, with the final 10% to be paid upon the delivery of all digital media.
3. **Re-Edits/Customisations:**
Enjoy up to 2 complimentary re-edits or customisations on all content provided by us to ensure your complete satisfaction.
4. **Event Schedule:**
For seamless coverage, please provide the schedule with timings for each event at least a week prior to the occasion. This allows us to plan and capture every moment effectively.
5. **Outstation Events:**
For events outside Delhi/NCR, the client is responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and food expenses for our team.
6. **Damage to Equipment:**
Any damage to our cameras and equipment resulting from misconduct by guests or clients will be the financial responsibility of the client. We kindly request a respectful and cautious environment during our presence.
7. **Media Storage Drive:**
The media storage drive (hard drive, pen drive) for the delivery of the final content is to be provided or paid for by the client. This ensures the safe and secure transfer of your precious memories.
8. **Data Usage for Promotional Purposes:**
By engaging our services, you grant FuzzyReels Media Productions the right to utilize the captured data for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include showcasing our work on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials, ensuring utmost respect for your privacy.
9. **Data Storage and Access:**
All captured data is securely stored in physical hard drives. While we take every precaution to safeguard your content, please note that physical hard drives can be susceptible to unintentional damage. FuzzyReels Media Productions cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from hard drive damage or technical failures beyond our control. If you wish to access raw, unedited data, arrangements can be made during pre-event consultations.
10. **Data Retention Period:**
We commit to retaining your captured data for 180 Days after delivery. However, we encourage clients to keep their own backups of the delivered content to ensure the preservation of precious memories.
11. **Booking and Refund Policy:**
Once a booking is confirmed and the initial 40% payment is received, it cannot be refunded. However, we understand that circumstances may change. In such cases, bookings can be postponed based on the availability of our services on the desired rescheduled date.
